Guidelines

 

First Responders Service and Rewards (FRSAR) is a 501c3 providing home buyer
assistance to qualified frontline workers. To be considered a frontline worker, at
least one applicant that will be listed on the deed must provide proof of
employment for one of the following occupations:

• Law enforcement;
• Firefighter;
• Medical provider;
• Educator;
• Military personnel;
• Support staff for those mentioned above.

After frontline worker status is verified, the applicant must:
• Fill out the enclosed application;
• Show proof of lender approval;
• Utilize a real estate agent within our network;

Please note additional terms and conditions:
• If retired, proof of service is required;
• Discharged military must be honorable;
• No cash assistance will exceed $3500.
