We offer up to $3,500 in Grant money that can be used toward your down payment or closing costs.

To qualify you must be a member of Law Enforcement, Fire Department, Medical Profession, Education or Military (Retired or Active Duty). You can also be a member of any support staff.

You must also use our preferred Real Estate agents. We do not have any income or credit score limitations, however you will be required to meet certain lender guidelines.
