First Responders Service and Rewards is developing a charitable homebuyer education and resource-navigation program for Maryland first responders, active-duty military members, and veterans.
Our mission
Our mission is to support and recognize those who serve our communities and our country. Through the planned Heroes Homeownership Program, we aim to make homebuying information easier to understand and housing resources easier to find.
Our first priority is a free educational workshop with follow-up resource navigation. Program dates and availability will be announced when arrangements are complete.
What we are building
- Homebuyer education about budgeting, credit, mortgages, and closing costs.
- Navigation to existing assistance programs and housing resources.
- Connections with qualified housing counseling agencies.
- Access to the planned education program regardless of the agent or lender participants choose.
- Clear communication about what is available and what is still being developed.
A separate real estate offer
David Kelly also offers professional buyer representation and a potential commission rebate to eligible Maryland clients. That offer is separate from the planned charitable education program and has its own written eligibility and transaction requirements.
