Help First Responders Service and Rewards build practical homebuyer education and resource support for first responders, military members, and veterans in Maryland.
Our first priority: organize a free homebuyer workshop and follow-up help finding relevant housing resources.
What support would make possible
- Workshop space, educational materials, and qualified presenters.
- Time spent researching housing resources and helping participants understand next steps.
- Connections with housing counseling agencies, including eligible education fees where needed.
- Community outreach and reasonable costs of running the program.
The education program is in development. A workshop date, fundraising target, and detailed budget will be shared once costs and arrangements are confirmed. Donations will support this educational mission and its related operating costs.

Support for this planned charitable program is intended for education, resource navigation, and related operating costs. It will be accounted for separately from the real estate commission rebate offer. Participants will be free to choose their own real estate and mortgage professionals.
