Serving those who serve us—with education, practical resources, and a clearer path toward homeownership.
Program in development. First Responders Service and Rewards is planning free homebuyer education and resource-navigation support for Maryland first responders, active-duty military members, and veterans. Workshop dates and service availability will be announced when arrangements are complete.
What we are building
- Homebuyer education: workshops covering budgeting, credit, mortgage basics, closing costs, and informed decisions.
- Resource navigation: help identifying existing housing resources and understanding where to learn more.
- Counseling connections: referrals to HUD-approved housing counseling agencies and other qualified resources.
Our planned program focuses on education and resource connections. Outside organizations determine their own eligibility, availability, and approval.
Your choice of professionals stays yours
The planned charitable education program will not require participants to hire David Kelly or use a particular agent, lender, or other service provider. You do not need to donate to express interest.
