Is this a grant?
No. It is a real estate commission rebate connected to David Kelly’s buyer-agent services—not a loan, charitable award, government benefit, or down-payment assistance program.
Is the rebate 35% of the home price?
No. It equals 35% of the buyer-agent commission David actually receives from the completed transaction, capped at $2,500.
Do I have to use David as my buyer’s agent?
Yes. The offer is only for eligible clients who use David Kelly as their buyer’s real estate agent and meet the written program and transaction requirements.
Is the rebate guaranteed?
No. Eligibility and the final amount depend on a completed transaction, compensation actually received, signed agreements, brokerage approval, lender and settlement requirements, and applicable law.
What if the purchase does not close?
No rebate is earned or paid if the transaction does not successfully close.
What if I already have an agent?
Review your existing agreement first. This program does not encourage anyone to violate an existing representation agreement.
Who may be eligible?
Qualifying first responders, active-duty military members, and veterans purchasing residential real estate in Maryland may request a review.
When should I contact David?
Before signing with another real estate agent. Early contact allows time to discuss representation, eligibility, and written terms.
