Your service category alone does not guarantee a rebate.
Military & Veterans
Active-duty military members and veterans purchasing residential real estate in Maryland may request an eligibility review before entering buyer representation.
Military status does not make this a VA, government, or charitable benefit.
The complete eligibility checklist
- You are an eligible first responder, active-duty military member, or veteran.
- You are purchasing residential real estate in Maryland.
- You are legally able and willing to use David Kelly as your buyer’s real estate agent.
- You sign the required written buyer-agency agreement.
- Your purchase successfully closes.
- Buyer-agent compensation is actually received from the transaction.
- The rebate is permitted by the brokerage, lender, settlement provider, and applicable law.
