Your homebuying mission, step by step
01. Check eligibility
Tell us your service category, where you plan to buy in Maryland, your approximate timeline, and whether another real estate agent currently represents you.
02. Choose representation
Talk with David Kelly about your goals and review the required written buyer-agency agreement before representation begins.
03. Find and purchase
David guides you through the search, offer, negotiation, inspection, financing coordination, and settlement process.
04. Complete the rebate
After a successful closing, any eligible rebate is handled under the transaction documents, compensation actually received, brokerage approval, lender requirements, settlement rules, and applicable law.
No rebate is earned if the purchase does not close or if no buyer-agent commission is received. This is a real estate commission rebate—not a grant or government benefit.
